Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving growth in a leadership capacity.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic business decisions.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working in a collaborative environment.
Expertise in digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and product development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to identify market opportunities and scale businesses.
Knowledge of relevant industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that includes market expansion, customer acquisition, retention, and new revenue generation initiatives.
Cross-functional Leadership:
Lead and collaborate with key departments, including marketing, sales, product development, customer success, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of growth objectives across the business.
Market Research and Expansion:
Identify new market opportunities, analyze trends, and develop strategies to enter new markets or expand existing ones.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, using a combination of data-driven insights, marketing campaigns, and product enhancements.
Revenue Optimization:
Oversee pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities to ensure optimal revenue growth and profitability.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize analytics, KPIs, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, identify growth levers, and make informed decisions about investments and resources.
Partnership & Business Development:
Identify and foster strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive growth, whether through joint ventures, collaborations, or acquisitions.
Innovation & Product Strategy:
Drive innovation by working with product teams to develop new products or enhance existing ones that meet the evolving needs of customers and align with growth goals.
Brand Development:
Enhance brand awareness and position the company as a market leader through targeted marketing and communication strategies.
Financial Oversight:
Collaborate with the finance team to forecast revenue growth, set financial targets, and ensure that growth initiatives are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
Executive Reporting:
Regularly present growth initiatives, results, and forecasts to the executive team and board of director
