Job Description

Responsibilities:
 Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other
external partners for the Managing Director
 Manages diary, schedules meetings, and appointments
 Prepare minutes of meetings attended, distributes and follow through
 Researches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals
required by the Managing Director
 Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director
 Performs other functions & similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any business or
marketing course or equivalent curriculum
 At least 5 years of working experience
 Fluent in oral and written English communication
 Knowledgeable and familiar in MS office applications to include Excel, Outlook
and PowerPoint
 Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City
