Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description
• Must be at least a college undergraduate but a plus if a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering &/or Marketing or any business course
• Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Selling and marketing heavy equipments
• Must be computer literate, proficient in English (both Oral and Written)
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
• Must have the ability to travel at least 70% of the time
• Must be willing to work onsite and in Region II
• Must be willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines
