Job Description
In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing information, and resolving complaints related to our organization’s products or services.
Qualifications:
- A High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new Curriculum)
- Above average English communication skills
- With or without BPO Experience
- Good computer navigation skills on multiple system
- Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
