The company is actually the brain child of Greg who has 14 years of experience in the IT industry, owning and operating a computer sales and service store. Greg’s experience in the IT industry made him very aware of multi-national competitors who had access to offshore employees. In India, for example, the average wage is approximately $2,000 Australian per year ($1 per hour). Greg found that as a local business owner it was very difficult to compete with these larger entities when his average cost was approximately $19/hour. After selling his business Greg decided to pursue an endeavour that would close the accessibility gap that had previously prevented small and medium Australian businesses from effectively utilizing offshore workforce solutions. Job Description

Job Summary: The Technical Marketing Specialist will leverage keen knowledge of Google AdWords, back-end WordPress development, and technical SEO to optimize our marketing strategies and improve client engagement. This role requires a blend of technical skills and marketing acumen to ensure seamless website performance and effective online advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Google AdWords Management:
• Develop, implement, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and meet client objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.

WordPress Development & Website Management:
• Build, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites for clients, focusing on both front-end design and back-end functionality.
• Manage back-end processes including database configuration, server settings, and security protocols to ensure optimal website performance.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling landing pages that drive conversions.

Technical SEO Expertise:
• Conduct thorough SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement in website visibility and search rankings.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients to enhance understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Performance Reporting & Analysis:
• Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and website analytics, presenting insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis to continuously refine marketing strategies.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
