Job Description
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
-Familiarity with hardware, software, and networking concepts.
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with support tools and software, such as ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and remote support tools.
