Job Summary

The role is responsible for collaborating with the company's dealers to enhance sales through the dealership channel. Key responsibilities include managing training programs, providing marketing support and strategic advice, and overseeing incentive programs aimed at improving dealers' marketing performance and increasing sales of the bank’s products. The role also involves offering companies valuable insights into local customers and market requirements by delivering product training and sharing sales and marketing techniques to support the dealers’ sales teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Persuasive Communication Skills

- Communicate and assists the Sales Team, or Sales Officer from loan signing to booking and timely informs concerns encountered for immediate resolution

- Coordinates with internal departments during loan processing and other related tasks such as documents for signing and submission

2. Quality Orientation

- Screens and ensure completeness of loan booking related documents prior receiving from Dealer representative.

- Reviews and scans accurate documents within reasonable time prior endorsing to Sales Assistant for seamless loan booking

3. Understanding and Application of Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines

- Ensures timely compliance of noted document deficiencies upon review

4. Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time-to-time
