AI Solutions Development Lead

Role Overview:
The Development Lead will oversee the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions that align with business goals. This role encompasses managing the development lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development team to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality output.
Oversee the complete AI solution development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product leads, solution architects, UX/UI designers, and engineers, to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Establish and uphold technical standards, code quality, and best practices within the team.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, technical debt, and resource availability.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate new practices and tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
7-10 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar.
Proven experience in managing development teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
