Job Description

Job Summary

The mission of the Lead Trainer is to empower our teams across the US, UK or APAC markets by delivering impactful training programs that enhance both individual and leadership capabilities. By leveraging adult learning principles, the trainer will identify training needs, create and facilitate engaging learning experiences, and drive measurable improvements in performance and leadership effectiveness. The goal is to build a learning culture that supports organizational growth and fosters
continuous development, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the evolving
demands of the business in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitation of Process and Leadership Training:
Lead process training sessions for teams in US, UK or APAC markets, ensuring clarity and alignment with business standards.
Facilitate leadership development programs that enhance management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
Conduct TNA to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business needs and performance goals.
Content Creation for L&D:
Design and develop training materials and content, incorporating adult learning principles to maximize engagement and retention.
Update and adapt training materials regularly to reflect new processes, tools, or business changes.
Learning Session Facilitation:
Organize and lead engaging learning sessions, workshops, and seminars both in person and virtually, ensuring active participation and knowledge retention.
Use a variety of training techniques, including interactive activities and scenario-based learning.
Reporting and Evaluation:
Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs using established metrics such as feedback surveys, assessments, and performance data.
Provide regular updates on training activities, successes, and areas for improvement to stakeholders.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with department managers, Operations, HR, and other leadership teams to tailor training programs to the specific needs of various teams and levels.
Serve as a training consultant, offering insights and recommendations on development strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Learning & Development, especially in leadership training and adult learning methodologies.
Continuously seek feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve the training programs and processes.
On-Site Commitment:
Deliver all training on-site, fostering a hands-on, interactive learning environment.
Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.

Support in Organizational Development:
Contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at fostering a learning culture and driving employee engagement.
Participate in projects related to leadership pipeline development and performance management.

Qualifications

Facilitate Process and Leadership Training: Deliver process training for US/UK or APAC teams and lead leadership development sessions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and skill enhancement.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis & Customize Programs: Perform comprehensive TNAs to identify skill gaps and create tailored training solutions based on specific team or market requirements.
Develop Learning Content: Design, update, and adapt training materials using adult learning principles, including creating digital or e-learning modules for blended learning approaches.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure the impact of training through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, generating reports for stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR, department heads, and senior management to ensure that all training initiatives support organizational goals and are aligned with performance expectations.
