Job Description
PROJECT/CLIENT
-collection and facilitation of field/project orders (supplies) per month
-placing/ordering to suppliers
-receiving of orders from suppliers
-segregation of orders per project
-preparation of orders for delivery per project
- Facilitate delivery and audit of field supplies, equipment and tools to outside projects (through):
*fleet delivery reservations
*providing proper documents for an end to end purchasing and accounting requirements
-Facilitate on time payment for suppliers (through):
*providing proper documents for an end to end purchasing and accounting requirements
HEAD OFFICE (general)
-facilitate office supplies request
-scouting of suppliers and accreditation
-inventory and issued of uniforms in head office and satellite office
-inventory and issued of tools, equipment and other stocks in head office and satellite office
-inventory of office equipment
-sending of office equipment that needs repair to vendor or repair shop
-others: assist admin/inventory/field staff when needed.
HEAD OFFICE (sales)
-assist sales department for supplies, tools and equipment quotation needed by the project/client.
- report to Accounting Manager and Managing Director.
- other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be (4) Four-year College graduate in any related course.
-Must have 2 years and up experience in Purchasing/ Inventory.
-Must have a thorough and a well experienced in Purchasing and Inventory process.
-Must have passion in doing field work, field inventory, confident and result oriented person.
-Confident and with strong leadership skills.
-Good communication skills both oral and written.
-Can do field work for Purchasing tasks.
-Can work Monday to Saturday schedule.
-Can start immediately once hired.
-Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) but not a requirement.
