Job Description

Salary: 25,000 - 45,000

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicable experience and knowledge of constructing and implementing company legal documents. Applicable knowledge of drafting and reviewing Manuals and other business correspondences.
- College Graduate in Law & Legal related courses.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in Corporate law & legal duties
- Preferably with Supervisory experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in legal case planning, research, interviews, data gathering, drafting, and analyzing legal documents, and works closely to provide support to our legal counsel (internal/ external) and Corporate Planning Manager.
- Support the overall CPC team in ensuring that the company is legally compliant and veered away from any legal risks. Monitor all related legal regulations and government policies that revolve around our business.
