Job Description

Achieves financial objectives by achieving and monitoring daily sales targets of outright and consignor items, controlling petty cash and counter transactions, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
Ensures merchandise availability by constant monitoring, reordering & stock transfers
Monitors own and staff’s daily sales performance vs targets and ensures measures are put in place for its accomplishment
Determines team strategy to reach sales targets by reviewing store sales records and growth of different product categories
Ensures excellent store condition at all times
Maintains excellent customer service by implementing S.A.L.E.S process
Determines team strategy to reach sales targets by reviewing inventory movement of all product categories
Maintains excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards & approved store layout
Ensures security and safety control measures relative to all store operations.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing relationships with potential and actual customers to understand their product/service requirements
Ensures availability of merchandise and customer services by maintaining inventories, tools, supplies, collaterals, and job aids based on historical data of customer demand for his/her store
Performs other related functions that maybe assigned by superiors from time to time.
Salary:
22.000,00 ₱ Monthly
