3.) at least 2 years (min.) as Senior Design Associate (SDA)
4.) at least with overall 12 years experience in housing/residential projects
5.) Salary: 50k/mo.
6.) with MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical. Plumbing, Fire Pro) experience
7.) licensed Architect
