Roving Technician

We need ROVING TECHNICIAN for Food Manufacturing in Paranaque

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electro mechanics.
- Technical or vocational training in mechanical and electrical systems, ideally with a focus on food production equipment.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, particularly in the food industry or a related manufacturing environment.
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining food processing equipment such as conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging machines, and refrigeration units.
- Experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs in multiple locations or stores is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in electrical systems (e.g., wiring, motors, control panels) and mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, gearboxes, bearings).
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and automation systems used in food production.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for electrical and mechanical systems.

Soft Skills:
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve equipment failures.
- Time management and the ability to prioritize urgent repairs and preventive maintenance tasks across multiple store locations.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with store management and external service providers.
- Preferably with motorcycle.
