Job Description
Strategic Requirements:
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Plan system improvements and stay updated on innovations in collections.
- Analyze delinquent portfolios to optimize loss mitigation, digital collections, and enhance support systems.
- Oversee dialer management and implement changes smoothly.
People Management:
- Lead a team of collection and dialer managers, trainers, and other support functions.
- Set goals, provide direction, and evaluate performance to align with corporate strategies.
- Communicate performance metrics, risks, and improvement needs to stakeholders.
- Engage with clients on governance, reporting, and key decisions.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of collections practices, regulations, and financial management.
- Ability to interact across all organizational levels to promote collections goals.
- Responsible for designing processes, resource planning, and optimizing client needs for competitive bids.
Growth and Performance:
- Focus on organic growth while managing internal metrics to achieve revenue and margin goals.
- Regularly develop performance goals and coordinate with the teams for success.
- Facilitate business reviews and represent the business in client interactions and visits.
REQUIREMENTS
College Graduate
At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or Director
Minimum tenure should not be less than 2 years for the past 3 companies
Handled a minimum of 500 FTE
Willing to work onsite and travel between MOA or Alabang.
Must be willing to be on a graveyard shift
