Customs Processor/Declarant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Knowledgeable in processing of import and export shipments. Which involves securing permits and clearances for other Philippine Government Task/assigned to issue the latter. Shipments of fcl, lcl and others.
2. Shipping lines processing online and physical. Payment of shipping charges, terminal handling charges etc.
3. Responsible in providing updates to clients regarding on the status of the shipment(s) or to TCLI Customer Service to provide updates.
4. Secure trucking services for the shipment release for Sea and Air
5. Accompany and/or monitor the delivery of the shipment to guarantee the client that TCLI is providing all the extra ordinary diligence and proper handling of their shipment(s).
6. This includes other duties and responsibilities relative to the performance of the JOB and for the effective execution of the duties and responsibilities entrusted by the Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Customs Administration Graduate
• At least Two (2) years of experience of documentation, duties and taxes computation and declaration, monitoring of status and arrival of the shipments, VASP & BOC Portal lodgement and monitor the status of all shipments lodged thru BOC Portal.
