Job Description
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospective leads and current clients
Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients
Responsible for negotiation - providing proposals to current and prospective clients
Responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target clients through appropriate channels (business meetings, sales calls, social media, e-mail, etc.)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year Sales & Marketing experience in Logistics industry.
• Knowledge in sea and air freight forwarding, customs procedures and tariffs, warehousing, trucking, and supply chain is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (English and Filipino Language – both written and verbal)
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
