Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promoting and cross-selling value-added services to various customers.

If you:

.Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
.Must have excellent customer service skills
.At least 6 months BPO experience preferably with Sales experience
.Must be willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, holidays, and overtime
.Must be willing to work onsite

are a Filipino citizen or hold a relevant status, have basic web navigation skill, have good communication skills in English, are willing to start immediately and have valid NBI (6 months to 1 year validity from the date of joining) at least high school graduate
