Job Description
Manage inventory safe keeping and handling of stocks within the picking area.
Oversee daily e-comm order fulfillment process from picking, tagging, and packaging process.
Assign and allocate manpower to process orders and achieve service level agreement.
Submit monthly order fulfillment report
Assists the Order Fulfillment Manager to create and champions policies and process that would ensure effective and efficient e-comm order fulfillment workflow. Together with the OF Manager, create and implement solutions to reduce order mis-picks, damages, and transit time delays
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, warehouse area, and work stations neat and organize.
Responsible to other tasks completion that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field
3 years experience in ecommerce, logistics, warehouse
Strong background in e-comm fulfilment management, Lazada, Shopee or equivalent
Willing to work daily onsite in Muntinlupa, Mon-Sat
