Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
Develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy.
Design and implement training programs, workshops, and learning interventions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programs.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree/College Degree in Psychology, Human resource management or Business-related courses.
8-10 years work experience in learning and development with experience in working across multiple client groups and/or geographies.
Strong background in HR Business Partnering is an advantage but not a requirement.
Expertise in learning curriculum, instructional design, and evaluation of learning interventions.
Familiarity with a variety of training delivery methods and platforms, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and learning management systems (LMS).
