Job Description

Qualifications
Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (Non-Nego)
3 to 5 years experience in Java, C# and Net framework (Non-Nego)
Experience in MSSQL/ Oracle / PL-SQL, including DB design, development and performance tuning (Non-Nego)
Experience with Visual Studio (Non-Nego)
Familiar with Jasper/ Crystal reports (Non-Nego)
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills (Non-Nego)

Job Description
Analyze program objectives and specifications, gathering any needed data or requirement clarification
Translate the specifications into the most cost-effective codes of the prescribed language.
Prepare test data, along with the expected test results, and conduct unit test of assigned programs.
Prepare system documentation and conduct or assist in user trainings for new implementations or system enhancements.
Assist in the preparation of program specifications, conduct and review of the system test.
Review work of lower level programmers to assure quality of output and adherence to standards.
Assist in the resolution of problems and complaints brought up by supported business units.
Other related tasks as required by Management/ BU
