Job Description
Schedule: Dayshift
Key Responsibilities:
— Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs, primarily (but not limited) within the **ITSM** domain (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management).
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party tools.
— Develop custom applications, widgets, and UI pages using ServiceNow’s scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide).
— Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
— Manage and support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
— Leverage ServiceNow's native capabilities to automate workflows and enhance IT service delivery
— Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, technical specifications, and troubleshooting steps.
— Provide technical leadership and mentor junior (associate) developers within the team.
Must-Have Qualifications:
— 2+ years of hands-on experience** with **ServiceNow development**, specifically in ITSM module (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge).
— Experience in **JavaScript**, **Glide API**, **REST**, and **SOAP** integrations.
— Experience in **ServiceNow workflows, flow designers, and business rules**.
— Solid understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
— Familiarity with ServiceNow’s **out-of-the-box features** and ability to customize as needed.
— Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
