Senior Fund Accountant/Administrator (Hybrid)

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Help provide leverage to our clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while effectively scaling our CFO services. Some of the strategic support that we provide includes:
o Capital calls and distributions
o Audit/tax support
o Pre/post close services
o Quarterly and annual financials
o Limited Partner communications
-Bring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs and help our clients make more accurate decisions by helping them utilize our tools and resources such as:
o Real-time IRR
o Real-time portfolio data
Provide additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)

QUALIFICATIONS:
-You have 2+ years of professional accounting experience
-You have over a year of closed-end fund accounting experience
-You have an accounting or finance degree
-You have experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements
-You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and accurately judge when to make decisions versus escalate them
-You’re interested in providing best-in-class-service
-You communicate information in a timely, appropriate and effective manner to all relevant stakeholders and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines
-You have an understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund or Funds, Fund Administration.
-Have experience working on Crypto funds will be advantageous.
-You have advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience
-You’re interested in working on projects in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team and as an individual
-You have experience mentoring/coaching junior accountant.
