Financial Analyst plus Benefits Package - QC Site

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance designation, preferably in the life insurance industry
• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City

1. Financial & Management Reporting
• Must be able to prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring high-quality, timely information for decision-makers across Asia.
• Must be able to consolidate and analyze extensive financial and non-financial data while collaborating on the implementation of IFRS17 standards.
• Must be able to facilitate communication among teams (Corporate, Regional Controllers, Accounting Policy, Actuarial) and develop standard/ad hoc reports, templates, and dashboards.
• Must be able to identify trends, analyze variances, and manage data flow, ensuring smooth month-end processes, timely task completion, and up-to-date documentation.
• Must be able to efficiently learn and utilize various reporting tools, manage SharePoint sites, oversee delegated projects, and train junior team members.

2. Automation Support
• Must be able to identify and implement automation initiatives to enhance accuracy and cost efficiency in team processes while promoting continuous financial improvements
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance database applications, while effectively managing time in a dynamic environment.
