Onsite Project Supervisor

An on-site supervisor is responsible for managing all the staffing associates at one client. Some of their daily responsibilities include things like checking in new associates on their first day, following up on absences, and answering any employee questions or concerns, orienting the staff on their functions / responsibilities and operational procedures.

He/she receives and processes job orders, determines applicant capability, skill set and availability to accurately fill open positions. and administer procedures and systems in recruiting, hiring and assigning applicants.
