Supply Planner

1. Collaborate with sales, Marketing and other relevant department to gather reliable information on product and customer demand
2. Maintain optimal inventory level to meet customer demand;
3. Generate and release purchase order based on the approved demand forecast and inventory level;
4. Constant coordination with the vendor to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods;
5. Monitor order status and provide update to all internal clients; and resolve any issues that may impact the delivery effectiveness and timeliness;
6. Build and maintain strong partnerships ship the vendor and facilitate effective communication / collaboration
7. Utilize various tools and software to analyze data related to product demand and trends
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning with other departments to achieve overall objectives.
9. Work hand in hand with Supply / Material planner related to procurement requirement.

Qualifications:

- Supply Planning experience in an FMCG
- Experience or exposure in inventory management, operations or importation is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain or any related field
- willing to work in Carmona, Cavite

Skills:

- advance experience on data analysis and sales/ marketing trends and data presentation
- experience in using ERP system (advantage if experienced in ERP next)
- highly proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, Graphs, Macros, etc) and Powerpoint
- excellent problem solving and communication skills
