Job Description
Responding to Customer Inquiries: Addressing questions and concerns from customers through email in a clear and professional manner.
Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and resolving customer problems related to products or services, offering solutions or escalation as needed.
Documenting Interactions: Accurately logging customer interactions and feedback in the support database to track issues and improve service.
Maintaining Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
Promoting Customer Satisfaction: Striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience with our brand.
What are we looking for?
- With or Without BPO Experience
- Completed at least Senior High School or two (2) years of college education
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Good to Excellent Communication skills & Comprehension
- Willing to work onsite
- Salary:
- 22.000,00 ₱ Monthly
