Job Description
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
The Work:
-Design, implement, and manage Intune, SCCM & MECM;
-Manage Windows 10/11 Autopilot/OS deployments, application packaging & and distribution on a worldwide scale;
-Troubleshoot all aspects of Intune/Configuration Manager effectively;
-Maintain performance and health of Intune/Configuration Manager deployment;
-Create task sequence and troubleshoot task sequence failures;
-Create technical documents, knowledge articles and SOP's and other deliverables;
-Resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, execute changes in accordance with published standards and processes;
-Lead problem ticket investigations and recommend viable workarounds and preventive measures;
-Represent Neksjob in delivering high quality services for our clients.
Here’s what you need:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 2 or more years experience in Endpoint Management or Administration
-With knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Intune, SCCM & MECM issues, including management, compliance, application packaging and deployment.
-Relevant certifications such as MD-102: Endpoint Administrator is a plus.
