Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description
• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in related work position
• Must communicate and work effectively in English (oral and written form)
• Must be well-versed with Microsoft programs and Google Suites
• Must be well-organized and strict with implementing the rules
• Outgoing and sociable personality
• Must be willing to work onsite and in Makati City
• Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sourcing potential candidates from various channels online and offline.
• Make necessary documents for recruitment.
• Build up relations with schools and partners
• Designing and updating job descriptions.
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen, Schedule, and Interview applicants.
• Represent the company in job fairs and other recruiting events.
