Job Description
Project Role Description:
• Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human centred design approach.
• Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants.
• Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
Must have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis
Job Requirements:
• Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high level customer requirements.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Set up and maintain the Requirements and Traceability deliverable.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product performance user acceptance and operational acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality management reviews in particular reviews of the designs prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfil the requirements.
• Serve as a resource for the change enablement team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products.
• Experience in SDLC – Waterfall and Agile
• Experience in Software Project Management
• Experience in Senior Software QA is a plus!
