Roles and Responsibilities
Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.

QUALIFICATIONS?
HS Grad (old curriculum) or SHS Grad
At least 1 year Customer Service Experience (not limited to BPO)
