Fund Onboarding Analyst

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Curate collaborative relationships with custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties
-Communicate directly with fund managers and third-party administrators, explaining requirements of the platform and guiding them through the setup process
-Ensure that internal stakeholders (Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing) are well informed about onboarding status updates and that expectations are aligned
-Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflows
-Create and maintain KPIs related to fund onboarding
-Contribute to the success of Fund Onboarding and broader Operations team’s goals through OKR framework
-Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
-Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred
-1-3 years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry
-Knowledge of alternative investments a plus
-Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros a plus
-Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, communication, and time management skills
-Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
