Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Must have at least 2-3 extensive experiences as Sales in related industry
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as Sales Executive of heavy equipment machineries such as excavators, drilling rigs, crane, loaders, and other related product lines
• Must have extensive knowledge in technical specs of heavy equipment excavators, rigs, cranes, etc
• Must have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Has past and current customer connections
• Must be willing to start ASAP

Job description:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunity by cold calling clients and potential customers
• Deliver business presentations on product and services offered by company
• Set up meetings with potential clients
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend the correct product according to their needs and requirements
• Execute deals confidently
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
