Electrical Engineer

Installation and Commissioning:
Perform on-site installation and setup of robotic and automation systems at client facilities.
Ensure that equipment is correctly installed, configured, and integrated into the production line.

Maintenance and Repairs:
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on robotic systems, ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Replace defective parts, calibrate systems, and adjust settings to meet performance standards.

Technical Support and Training:
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment.
Train customers’ technical staff on the proper use, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the machines.

Testing and Quality Control:
Perform functional tests after installation or maintenance to verify that the equipment operates according to specifications.
Monitor performance and suggest upgrades or adjustments as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Provide feedback and reports to the engineering team on recurring issues or improvement areas in the field.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering prompt and efficient service.
Address customer concerns and provide recommendations for optimal equipment use.

Travel:
The role will likely involve frequent travel to customer sites within the Philippines or other locations, as required by the company's operations.

Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
With field engineer experience around 1-3 years
Willing to do work on site
