Job Description
• Attends to customer queries and received orders
• Check customers prescription and endorses to Pharmacist for validation
• Ensures that medicines dispensed are accurately served
• Ensures that customers give the right payment and given the right change
• Responsible for medicine replenishment for each gondola assigned
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of assigned gondolas
• Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out
• Updates store personnel on product awareness and new practices through training
• Ensures proper grouping, arrangement, and level of displays
• Monitors Deliveries of Merchandise in the branch
• Provides excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
• Preferable a College Graduate of any 2–4-year courses
• Senior High School Graduates with related job experience are welcome to apply
• Work experience in other customer service industries is an advantage
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Open to varying work schedules
