Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Review and analyze project specifications and drawings.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and correspondence.

Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and managing vendor relationships.

Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Assist in resolving technical issues and providing solutions during the project lifecycle.

Maintain an organized filing system for project documents and drawings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Office Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
