Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and bill payment,
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Maintain office records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
