Marketing Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team at Makotek Computer Sales Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our computer products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create and implement effective marketing plans that align with store objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

2. Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Analyze website and social media metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.

3. Promotional Campaigns:
- Design and execute promotional events and sales campaigns to attract customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners for co-marketing opportunities.

4. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Oversee the creation of visually appealing advertisements and promotional graphics.

5. Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through targeted communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Organize in-store events and workshops to educate customers about products.

6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data analytics to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in retail or technology sectors.
