Job Description

The Supply Chain Officer must ensure that our organization meets future demand to continue operating as efficiently
and effectively as possible. Supply Chain Officer responsibilities include estimating future demand for all Nabati Direct
Distribution (NDD) warehouses and Distribution Center (DC) and analyzing inventory flow to build forecasting models.
Ultimately, you will work with leaders within the organization to ensure we can continue to supply consumers based
on future demand for our
products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

● Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
● Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and inventory movement trends.
● Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and actual inventory count audit.
● Address demand-related issues in a timely and progressively.
● Work together with the supply chain team when it comes to stock demands from Nabati Direct Distribution
(NDD) warehouses and Distribution Center (DC) and shipments lead-time.
● Collecting and analyzing supply chain data (Sales, Incoming Stock, Outgoing Stocks/Stock
Transfers/Issuances, Inventory and conditions).
● Recommending improvements to boost performance and reduce costs.
● Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
● Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
● Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (warehouse-slotting, route planning).
● Develop requirements and standards (packaging, procurement, delivery).
● Oversee inventory procedures.
● Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.
● Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.
● Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance.
● May to do other tasks under Supply Chain Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
● Proven work experience as a Demand Planner, Supply Chain Officer or a similar role.
● Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
● Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
● Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantage.
● Working knowledge on relational databases and ERP systems (SAP, MS-Navi, MS-Dynamics, Oracle...others).
● Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
● Aptitude in problem-solving.
● Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.
● Effective written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to travel as needed.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
