Job Description

Location: Makati City (Hybrid, mostly WFH, onsite as needed)
Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in writing technical documentation (Policies, Process, Procedural Documentation)
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Ability to undertake and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Detailed oriented
