Hub Supervisor or Hub Manager

-Hub Operations- make sure cut off times are correct and routes run properly
-Responsibity for the overall leadership and performance of the Hubs from sales, service, governance, profitability and team
-Achieving specific sales targets and KPI's as agreed with the Retail Hub and Head of Retail Hub Network
-Setting clear customer acquisition and cross-sales targets that are consistent with best practice and benchmarked against high-
performing hubs
-Developing and implementing forensic sales measurement and reporting that provides critical insights regarding sales performance, and
ensuring performance issues are identified and appropriately addressed in a timely way
-Accountablity for ensuring the Hub Governance & Controls are robust and implemented consistently
-Contributing, participating and engaging with network strategy and change
-Delivering superior Customer Experience through assertive leadership, coaching, guidance and staff motivation in line with championing
