Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide information and assistance to customers
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
