Scope & Responsibilities:

Assist customers with issues and concerns related to their use of the product and/or service.
Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Maintain and update customer information as needed.
Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:

At least High school diploma or equivalent (for the old curriculum) or Senior High School diploma or equivalent (for the new curriculum).
Strong computer navigational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional listening and comprehension abilities.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Customer-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
