Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Geothermal Engineering
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Maintenance of Plant Mechanical Equipment
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Geothermal/Thermal Power Plant
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Leadership/Supervising
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or a Certified Plant Mechanic
• Must be willing to work onsite and in Laguna
- Salary:
- ₱50,000.00 Monthly
