Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Must have 10 years of working experience in Operations management in BPO set up
• Must have at least 5 years of working experience in Leadership Role for U.S.-based clients
• Must be willing to work on site in Makati City
• Overall purpose: Overseas the operational aspects of service delivery in the country. Ensures excellent customer experience through effective supervision of daily operations and personnel, contract compliance, resource optimization, and capability development within each account. This position will report to the Global COO and be part of the Senior Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure they meet Imagenet's standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align local operations with overall business objectives
• Manage cost structure and profitability through rigorous financial planning, budgeting, and cost controls
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive operational excellence and continous improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related matters, both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Philippines operations and global/regional leadership based in the U.S.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and grow Imagenet's operations to meet client needs. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and growth markets within the Philippines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients partners, and government officials
• Foster a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity, and operational excellence in line with the company's five (5) core Values
Salary:
250.000,00 ₱ Monthly
