Job Description

* Maintains and develops good customer relations by regularly visiting them with good and prompt commercial and technical service
* Should respond to all customer's problems regarding product, price, delivery documentation, shipments, etc.
* Coordinate closely with suppliers for commercial and technical advice and information
* Keeps records of existing and prospective customers updated
* Gather important information on the assigned products and suppliers
* Discuss market trends and requirements with superior as deemed necessary
* Assists the Customer Service Group with potential customers regarding deliveries and shipments.
* Assists in recommending objectives and strategies for various suppliers and products
