Job Description

Qualifications

· Must have at least 1 year of working experience in SMM or a similar role.

· Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Communication, or similar.

· Must possess excellent communication and reporting skills.

· Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Canva and video editing is a plus.

· Familiarity with SEO and Social Media Ads is a plus.

· A solid understanding of Social Media algorithms and signals – trends, current events, best practices, penalties, etc.

· Process-oriented and goal-driven

· Extensive knowledge in Social Media metrics (Facebook Insights, IG Insights, Twitter/X Analytics, etc.)

· Planning and management skills.

· Patience and Persistence

Job Description
· Design and implement social media strategies to align with client businesses and goals.

· Conceptualize and execute a social media content calendar.

· Create, publish and share engaging content according to schedule (Content and Artcards) Research and Recommendations

· Oversee and improve client's Social Media Accounts with actionable recommendations (FB Cover Photo, Profile pic, etc.)

· Must always be up to date with all recent trends and audience preferences Community Management

· Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists Audit and Reporting

· Monitors, analyzes, and reports the SNS performance numbers: pre-campaign vs. post-campaign
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
