Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The position is primarily responsible for the following functional areas;
- Carpark operations and Cashiering transaction.
- Reports and Documentation
- Cash Handling
- Customer Services

JOB SPECIFICS:

Carpark Operational and Cashiering Transaction
- Ensure and Maintain smooth cashiering transaction at all times.
- Ensure strict compliance of all carpark rules and regulation
- Maintain cleanliness and ordeliness of the carpark booth and vicinity.
- Assist and Mentor Trainee Parking Cashiers during their site exposure, shadowing and hands-on activity.

Reports and Documentation:

- Ensure accurate, complete and on time submission of all carpark report
- Hourly Accountability Report
- Updating the parking cashiers logbook
- Honest Logbook
- Communication Logbook
- Card and Car Inventory Logbook
- Change Fund/ Endorsement Logbook
- Back out/ spill over vehicle Logbook
- Accomplishing Carpark Checklist Daily and reporting immediately to LC any negative findings
- Daily Checklist
- Booth Checklist
- Maintenance Checklist

Cash Handling:

- Perform deligently standard cashiering procedure
- Strictly issuance of parking tickets to all customers
- Strict compliance of turn-over of funds and documents
- Ensure proper safekeeping of sales and funds at all times.
- Strictly no fraudulent activity at all cost.
Customer Service
- Ensure and maintain quality customer service execution at all times
- Quality Customer Greetings during entrance and exit of the parker
- Genuine Smile to every customer encounter
- Respectful approach to customers and colleagues at all times
- Ensure and maintain professional approach to all dealings and situation
- Inform LC immediately for any incidents occurred in the carpark site.
Maintain health and safety protocols when on duty and keeping self physically fit.
Other task that may assigned from time to time
