Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Korean language, education, linguistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching Korean as a second language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
Knowledge of Korean culture, history, and traditions.
Familiarity with language teaching resources and technology.
Certification in Korean language teaching (e.g., TOPIK, TESOL, TEFL) is advantage but not necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Designing and delivering Korean Language lessons to students of various levels.
2. Creating engaging and interactive lesson plans that incorporate listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
3. Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback.
4. Developing and implementing strategies to promote effective language learning.
5. Incorporating cultural aspects of Korea into lessons to enhance student's understanding and appreciation.
6. Utilizing various teaching resources and materials to ensure a dynamic learning experience.
7. Monitoring students' performance and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
8. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum materials.
9. Organizing and supervising extracurricular activities related to the Korean language and culture.
10. Keeping up to date with developments in language teaching methodologies and incorporating them into classroom practices.

- ₱40,000.00 Monthly
