Job Description
* Assist customers with inquiries about our financial and banking services.
* Address customer concerns with expertise and courtesy.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

* Completed at least 2 years of college.
* AT LEAST 3 MONTHS BPO EXPERIENCE
* Proficient in speaking Tagalog.
